These items are for a Tern 20" folding bicycle (I used them on a Link D8). I no longer need them since I changed the rack on my bike and use a different cover. The hardware to mount the rack is included. The original zipper pulls on the cover were not very strong, so I replaced them with better cord. Both items are in good condition, but because of the wrinkles and replaced straps, I thought "some scratches and dirt" was the best way to describe their current state.
